TL;DR
Customer Engineer I (Electrical Infrastructure): Performing scheduled and remedial service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery system products with an accent on on-site troubleshooting and customer rapport. Focus on maintaining mission-critical infrastructure for the Edge market segment, including retail, financial, and municipal customers.
Location: Must be based in Green Bay, WI, United States. Travel to customer sites within and occasionally outside the assigned district is required.

What you will do
- Perform scheduled and remedial (break-fix) service on UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery systems (2-120KVA).
- Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers in the Edge market segment.
- Implement Field Change Notices and adhere to Safety Bulletins and guidelines.
- Manage administrative tasks including time cards, expense reports, and service request closures.
- Maintain company property, including vehicles, tools, and individual inventory.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
- High School or Vocational School Diploma, or 2-4 years of military experience in a related technical field.
- 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (limited violations).
- Basic familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and fundamentals.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

- ASEET or AMEET certification or progress towards these credentials.
