Location: Onsite (Ireland/Northern Ireland) with regular travel across EMEA plant sites

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end high-volume hiring for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and selected salaried roles across EMEA sites.
- Convert SIOP and demand signals into executable hiring plans to ensure predictable delivery outcomes.
- Manage and develop a team of 6 Plant Recruiters across multiple countries, setting expectations and coaching for performance.
- Develop scalable sourcing strategies utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, community partnerships, and local networks.
- Oversee a hybrid resourcing model involving internal recruiters, contractors, and external partners.
- Standardize recruiting workflows and improve candidate experience across all plant locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing/plant hiring management with direct ownership of delivery.
- Success in managing high-volume, fast-paced hiring cycles with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to utilize SIOP/demand forecasting to translate operational needs into hiring execution.
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills to influence Plant and Operations leaders.
- Ability to perform at pace in ambiguous environments with quickly shifting priorities.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite in the specified regions with regular travel.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen process-improvement methods.
- Experience optimizing end-to-end recruiting workflows through metrics and root cause analysis.
