What you will do

• Develop and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules to monitor progress and identify capacity issues.
• Optimize workflow sequences and line balancing to improve throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Lead waste elimination and process improvement initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement tools.
• Perform data analysis on takt time, cycle time, and downtime to solve manufacturing problems.
• Document and maintain standardized work procedures for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support for equipment and layout changes.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven background in Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis).
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts like value stream mapping.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• No immigration sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of human factors engineering and ergonomics.
• Experience working in a union or bargaining-unit environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar simulation tools.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
