What you will do

  • Manage, maintain, and expand the client portfolio with a focus on new business development.
  • Develop short and long-term trading strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends, technological advancements, and industry shifts.
  • Create analytical presentations to update clients and stakeholders on market developments.
  • Build brand awareness and network through participation in business events and fairs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven ability in cold calling and converting leads into clients
  • Proactive, energetic, and flexible mindset to adapt to changing market conditions

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Carbon Markets and trading dynamics
  • Experience analyzing global policies within the Renewable Energy sector
