What you will do

• Own the analytics strategy for CRM to improve customer relationships, retention, and lifetime value.
• Implement measurement frameworks to evaluate CRM campaigns, personalization, and lifecycle journeys.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments and holdouts using statistical techniques to reduce churn.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards to track activation, reactivation, and campaign impact.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership with high-quality visualizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on CRM, lifecycle, or growth analytics.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL for pulling and transforming large data sets.
• Proven track record of applying statistical testing techniques to evaluate CRM initiatives.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and frame ambiguous problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms.
• Familiarity with web and app analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and modeling concepts (dbt and Snowflake).
