What you will do

• Frame business problems, challenge assumptions, and prioritize data-driven initiatives.
• Design and execute experiments and campaigns to increase product adoption and growth.
• Develop lightweight data applications and workflows for internal decision-making.
• Continuously improve the company-wide data modeling layer and data structure.
• Integrate product, marketing, and sales tools into a coherent data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate complex challenges into growth solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience working with modern data stacks (GCP, dbt, Tableau, etc.).
• Proven track record in high-growth startup environments, particularly with PLG models.
• Ability to operate end-to-end, from raw data to usable models and shipped actions.
• Must be based in Europe (timezone +/- 3 hours)

Nice to have

• Experience as an analytics engineer or data generalist.
• Background in product, marketing, or growth-focused data roles.
