What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts, supporting their professional development.
• Own and optimize the campaign spending strategy across assigned markets to maximize ROI and growth impact.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear analytical priorities and actionable insights.
• Partner with Expansion, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive overall marketplace performance.
• Oversee the experimentation roadmap, including A/B test design and rigorous interpretation of results.
• Identify scalable growth opportunities and improve team processes and decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in analytics or a related data field.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong statistical foundations and proven expertise in A/B testing and experiment design.
• Advanced SQL and good Python skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluent English proficiency.
