What you will do
- Shape the instructional and business logic embedded in AI-powered product experiences.
- Design, test, and refine prompts and AI-assisted workflows for learning features.
- Provide instructional design guidance for course creation and digital learning tools.
- Conduct user research and learning experience evaluation to support feature discovery.
- Analyze market practices and competitors to inform product direction and decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, AI, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or Cognitive Psychology.
- Proven experience in instructional design, LXD, or learning-focused digital products.
- Ability to translate educational theory into practical product logic and user experiences.
- Experience with AI tools and designing/testing AI-assisted workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LMSs, authoring tools, or digital course creation workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant academic discipline.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or creator tools.
- Experience with UX research and product discovery.
- Background in supporting educational webinars or training content.
