What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end personalization roadmap, including recommendations, ranking algorithms, and adaptive feeds.
• Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design and ship features like food-intent clustering and dietary preference modeling.
• Analyze eater behavior patterns and intent signals to identify behavioral segments and affinity clusters.
• Collaborate with Design to create highly intuitive adaptive user experiences and personalized ordering flows.
• Drive measurable business impact by improving CVR, add-to-cart rates, and long-term order retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years of experience working on personalization, search, recommendations, or ML/AI products.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Strong technical intuition for reasoning about relevance, ranking, and experimentation approaches.
• Proven track record with A/B testing platforms and offline/online model evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
