Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Prospect, cultivate, and maintain key professional relationships within the assigned territory.
• Create and implement strategic business plans to accelerate revenue growth.
• Support established products and execute successful launches of new products.
• Provide clinical expertise and hands-on training in technical product applications.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and security regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within genetics.
• Deep understanding of the OB/GYN and MFM markets.
• Proven success in launching new products and driving rapid growth in new markets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
• Must reside in or near Sioux Falls, SD.
