What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies.
• Oversee operational aspects of projects, acting as a liaison between planning, project teams, and line management.
• Manage the development and implementation processes for new or existing products and services.
• Track project status, manage budgets and schedules, and prepare detailed status reports.
• Gather and manage requirements to ensure alignment with key stakeholder demands and business problems.
• Develop monitoring mechanisms for project progress and implement intervention and problem-solving strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship available exclusively for Principal-level roles).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a product development environment.
• Strong ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
