What you will do

  • Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, phone, and email
  • Solve and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams
  • Manage support cases and documentation using the company's CRM
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to other departments to drive product improvement

Requirements

  • English and Ukrainian: Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency required
  • Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine for hybrid work
  • Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain effective under stress
