Salary: $165,500.00 - $236,600.00 USD

What you will do

  • Manage P&L and overall operation of Thermal Mechanical Treatment (TMT), Material Processing (MPF), and Transfer Station facilities.
  • Drive safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance as core operational priorities.
  • Implement safety and health programs, conducting audits and KPI tracking.
  • Optimize asset performance and reliability through collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Coach facility leaders and develop succession plans to ensure leadership bench strength.
  • Champion Lean Management and continuous improvement using Problem Solving Reports (PSRs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive operations management experience.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory and people leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of safety leadership and P&L ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities in West Wareham, MA.
  • Deep operational knowledge across waste handling, material processing, and boiler/turbine operations.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree.
  • Lean or continuous improvement certification.
  • Experience with power market dynamics and plant operations.
  • Experience engaging with federal, state, and local regulators.
