What you will do

• Serve as senior technical authority in site investigation, hydrogeology, and remedial engineering.
• Lead complex remediation programs as Technical Lead or Project Director, managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop conceptual site models, remediation strategies, and technical deliverables like reports, feasibility studies, and action plans.
• Oversee field programs including site characterization, drilling, and remediation system implementation.
• Build and expand site remediation practice through client engagement, business development, and staff mentoring.
• Provide expert support for environmental litigation and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in environmental consulting, hydrogeology, or remedial engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in site investigation and remediation of contaminated properties.
• Experience leading complex environmental remediation projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of federal and state remediation frameworks.
• Location: Hybrid in New York, NY / Florham Park, NJ – must be able to work from these US locations.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP), or Professional Geologist (PG) licensure.
• Experience with environmental litigation or expert testimony.
• Familiarity with NY/NJ regulatory programs.
