What you will do

• Manage site assessment and remediation projects, develop work plans, evaluate data, and implement remedial actions.
• Collaborate with team to review work products and coordinate subcontractors, drilling, labs, and scheduling.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, communicate with clients, and respond to regulators.
• Review federal, state, and local regulations and apply to client operations.
• Mentor junior staff, delegate tasks, track budgets, and collaborate with other project managers.

Requirements

• Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP)
• 10+ years in site characterization and remediation with Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations experience
• Degree in related scientific field
• Familiarity with Property Transfer Program, Release-Based Cleanup Regulations, and Voluntary Remediation Programs
• Project management experience with deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work autonomously

• Experience with Environmental Land Restrictions and Connecticut Brownfields Cleanup Programs
