Salary: $23 – $24 per hour

What you will do
- Lead the new hire onboarding experience and facilitate orientation meetings to ensure smooth integration.
- Act as the primary owner for new hire data entry within Rippling HRIS, managing payroll and benefits setup.
- Maintain and audit digital employee files to ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Partner with the People Experience team to execute on-site culture events and engagement initiatives.
- Support the recruitment pipeline by conducting initial phone screenings and managing high-volume interview scheduling.
- Own the end-to-end company merchandise process, including ordering and distribution for milestones.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
- 2+ years of administrative or project management experience in a startup environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong time management and the ability to function autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with remote onboarding and working in remote company environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Monday, and Rippling.
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments.
