What you will do

• Manage workload for the Digital Media Strategy team to ensure balance across pre and post-sale activities.
• Review and quality control media plans within assigned categories to ensure strategic alignment and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Monetization, Legal, and Revenue Strategy teams to maintain consistent planning and operational processes.
• Manage yearly agency rate cards and evaluate category-specific incentives and deal points.
• Provide strategic direction on product packaging aligned with client KPIs and goals.
• Lead team development through goal setting, training, and performance mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client service experience in the Advertising industry.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and driving incremental revenue.
• Experience with Ad Technology platforms such as GAM, Salesforce, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong people management skills with an ability to foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
