Location: Must be based in or be able to move to Switzerland (Open to Swiss or European candidates)

A FINMA-regulated securities firm providing digital asset trading and financial services and digital asset infrastructure solutions to banks and corporations.

What you will do

• Proactively build a pipeline and prospect new institutional clients such as banks, securities firms, and asset managers.
• Own the full sales process, from qualifying deals and coordinating RFIs/RFPs to negotiating and closing new client deals.
• Ensure rapid and frictionless client onboarding in collaboration with KYC and technical support teams.
• Manage the existing client base to maintain high satisfaction and ensure active platform usage.
• Coordinate with the Product team to provide feedback on product gaps and ensure smooth sales handovers.
• Represent the company at third-party events and conferences to build partnerships and monitor the competitor landscape.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
• Solid and diversified book of clients with experience in pipeline building and the sales lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets, finance, and capital markets.
• Understanding of financial promotion, marketing, and cross-border rules.
• Must be a Swiss or European candidate wishing to move to Switzerland.
