What you will do

• Build AI tools for performance marketing: bid strategy analysis, budget alerts, creative scoring, anomaly detection across SEM, Meta, Affiliate, YouTube.
• Develop AI workflows for creative studio: ad copy generation, image variations, performance feedback loops.
• Implement AI-driven CRM personalization, send-time optimization, agentic workflows using Snowflake and Braze.
• Automate landing page variants, headline testing, personalization by segment.
• Create internal AI tools like dashboards, Slack bots, report generators for growth ops.
• Partner on AI features for growth product and maintain AI/ML toolstack.

Requirements

• 2–5 years engineering or technical experience with hands-on AI/LLMs application to business problems.
• Proficiency in Python or Typescript, working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Builder's mentality: ship prototypes, work cross-functionally, translate for non-technical stakeholders.
• Build repeatable LLM skills/plugins, educate and mentor team on AI.

Nice to have

• Workflow orchestration (Agent SDK, n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Experience at DTC subscription or growth-stage startup.
• Prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning.
• Building tools for non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snowflake.
