AI Native Engineer, Growth Marketing

What you will do

• Build AI tools for bid strategy analysis, budget pacing alerts, creative scoring, and anomaly detection across paid marketing channels.
• Develop AI workflows for ad copy, creative briefs, image variations, and feedback loops between analytics and the creative studio.
• Implement personalization and send-time optimization across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels using Snowflake data and Braze campaigns.
• Automate landing-page variant generation, headline testing, and audience or traffic-source personalization.
• Build internal dashboards, Slack bots, report generators, and other tools that reduce repetitive analytical work.
• Evaluate and maintain LLM APIs, orchestration tools, AI/ML infrastructure, and data pipelines while partnering with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience with hands-on application of AI or LLMs to real business problems.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience working with APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Ability to build repeatable skills or plugins for LLM clients and create working prototypes quickly.
• Ability to educate and mentor colleagues on AI-native workflows.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agent SDK, n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom TypeScript/Python workflow pipelines.
• Background in a DTC subscription company or growth-stage startup.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning.
• Experience building internal tools for non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, dbt, or Hex.
