What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of treatment protocols that incorporate transplant-focused diagnostic products.
• Recruit industry-leading PIs and clinical sites to participate in clinical studies, managing budgets and timelines.
• Advise on product development by identifying unmet clinical needs, critical features, and intended use of testing portfolios.
• Manage Medical Affairs post-launch, providing clinical interpretation of results and physician support.
• Drive medical education efforts and recruit KOLs for the medical advisory board.
• Collaborate on publication strategies and provide medical input for regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• MD degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of post-fellowship practice experience in transplant cardiology.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical trial experience in academia, biotech, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory compliance, statistics, and epidemiology.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience in industry, Medical Affairs, or Clinical Development with a record of commercializing transplant products.
• Knowledge and familiarity with practice guidelines across different organ types.
