What you will do

• Lead the commercial enablement strategy for Oncology, focusing on data, analytics, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Drive data and analytics initiatives to support BU Marketing and Medical Affairs for targeted stakeholder engagement.
• Manage the commercial data ecosystem, including claims data, vendor relationships, and data quality.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and next-best-action recommendations to improve commercial orchestration.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable platforms and automation tools.
• Establish governance for KPI definitions, audience segmentation, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in commercial enablement, operations, or analytics.
• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven success leading enterprise-level initiatives involving commercial data and omnichannel engagement.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data sources and claims data.
• Experience designing AI-enabled decision-support models.
• Advanced degree preferred.
