Senior Director, Global Compliance Operations & Investigations Lead (MedTech)

Location: Chelmsford, MA, United States; 10–15% domestic and international travel required.

Annual salary: $220,000–$290,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Set the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the Compliance Audit & Investigations Program.
• Lead intake, triage, risk assessment, scoping, investigation strategy, execution, documentation, remediation, reporting, and case closure.
• Provide executive oversight of complex, high-risk, and sensitive audits and investigations, including matters involving senior leaders and regulatory exposure.
• Partner with Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Security, Privacy, Risk Management, and regional leadership on coordinated case management.
• Analyze case data and trends, establish KPIs and dashboards, and communicate findings, root causes, emerging risks, and corrective actions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global compliance audit and investigations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US Juris Doctor (J.D.) or international equivalent degree required.
• 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare law, compliance, investigations, or a comparable role.
• Experience managing complex business relationships, compliance functions, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, executive communication, analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
