What you will do

• Build automated loyalty frameworks and backend systems to power elite user experiences.
• Scale proactive engagement loops, transitioning the department from reactive support to a systematic retention machine.
• Design VIP-specific product features by dictating strategy across Fraud, Support, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling VIP programs in a high-growth tech environment.
• Deep expertise in CRM automation stacks and data-driven retention modeling.
• Must be based in Berlin for full-time on-site work.
• High-ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a high-intensity, non-9-to-5 startup culture.
