What you will do

• Own the end-to-end EV driver experience across 40+ whitelabel apps, from onboarding to smart charging participation.
• Identify product gaps, write clear problem statements, and define success criteria to kick off new initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior, app ratings, and feature performance using Firebase Analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Manage client customization requests while ensuring a consistent and high-quality driver experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in EV, mobility, or a related sector.
• Proficiency in using Firebase Analytics to translate behavioural data into product decisions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design to challenge and improve user flows.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-language and multi-country product challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and Terms & Conditions, including opt-in mechanisms.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respectfully decline client requests with sound reasoning.
