What you will do

• Support enterprise deal cycles with technical depth during pre-sales evaluation and onboarding.
• Design solutions mapping partner use cases to hirify.global's architecture, structuring integrations and timelines.
• Own end-to-end success of enterprise customers, ecosystem partners, validators, and integrators post-launch.
• Build onboarding programs, manage health metrics, QBRs, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop scalable playbooks for onboarding and growth across enterprise and startup segments.
• Synthesize customer feedback into product and GTM priorities with partnerships team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management at blockchain, API-first, or fintech infrastructure company.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise B2B sales cycles and post-sales motion to scaled production.
• Comfort operating across business and technical stakeholders (CTO, CFO).
• Track record building CS functions from scratch (playbooks, tooling, structure).
• High EQ, service-oriented mindset; scrappy, proactive, clear communicator.

• Experience with developers, integration teams, or infrastructure partners.
