Onsite five days per week at 400 North Capitol Street NW, Washington, District of Columbia

Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Drive production and broadcast engineering projects from conception through deployment across hirify.global Media properties as part of the Site Reliability Engineering Team.
• Manage portfolio of 65+ engineering projects, create planning documentation, BOMs, scopes, timelines, and proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and business partners on design, build tasks, purchasing, sourcing, logistics, and integration.
• Support operations by staying current on digital media workflows, recommending technologies, configuring and testing initiatives, and engaging vendors.
• Act as liaison with external partners and assist with PO research, invoicing, and project closing.
• Ensure timely handoffs to operations and provide off-hours support as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of recent experience in a television broadcast environment
• Understanding of 24/7 on-air news, sports, and entertainment operations
• College degree in Broadcast and/or Media
• Strong PC and Microsoft Suite skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and overnights with short notice
• Ability to work independently, collaborate, prioritize, and meet deadlines
