What you will do

• Own creation and development of clinical impact reporting infrastructure, methodology, and narratives for payers, partners, and leadership.
• Lead analysis on cost trends, utilization impact, clinical effectiveness, and economic efficiency, connecting data to outcomes.
• Serve as thought leader on health economics, defining success metrics and communication strategies.
• Partner with senior executives as key analytical stakeholder for strategic decisions.
• Scale Health Economics team and platform to support growing contract portfolio.
• Audit data landscape, deliver cohort efficacy reporting, and present performance reviews in first 90 days.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in health economics.
• Fluency with value-based care metrics: TCOC, APK, utilization benchmarks, quality measures, economic efficiency.
• Ability to own end-to-end analytical work: hypotheses, design, communication.
• High tolerance for ambiguity with messy data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint; comfort with AI prompting.
• Strong communication to present to executives.
• Bachelor’s in health economics, public health, biostatistics, or related.
