What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise automation solutions using RPA, AI Engineering, and API integration patterns.
• Implement hybrid automation combining deterministic workflows with AI agent-based decisioning.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations on AWS or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Establish engineering standards, mentor software engineers, and create reusable automation frameworks.
• Ensure production stability through root-cause analysis, observability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software, automation, or integration engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• 2+ years of experience developing GenAI solutions on AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Google Vertex.
• Strong hands-on experience building API integrations in complex enterprise environments.
• Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain active, role-relevant certifications in core automation platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or other regulated environments.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical standards.
