Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts and coordinate complex, multi-discipline projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, managing relationships through reliable execution and sound engineering judgment.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting design reviews.
• Contribute to the improvement of firmwide standards and workflows via GitHub Pull Requests and documentation.
• Manage project health and profitability, identifying risks early to maintain alignment with scope and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with expertise in ICT, Physical Security, or Electronic Security.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, and GitHub.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with minimal oversight and manage multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; the company is unable to sponsor visas.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as PSP, CPP, or CDT.
• Professional licenses: EIT or PE.
• PMP certification.
