What you will do

• Optimize shared terminology, documentation, tooling, and processes for product planning, reporting, and pipeline management from ideas to delivery.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes; facilitate quarterly planning and prioritization.
• Standardize and improve product development processes, sprint rituals, roadmapping, and release cycles; remove bottlenecks.
• Coordinate product launches with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support; manage calendars and enablement materials.
• Compile product metrics, manage analytics tools like Pendo, and enable data access via dashboards.
• Centralize customer feedback, organize insights, and maintain tooling stack including Aha and Jira; promote AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program/Portfolio Management or similar in tech
• Track record building/improving R&D operating models for efficiency
• Hands-on cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Design, GTM
• Strong analytics: product metrics, dashboards, data insights
• Proficiency with Jira/Gitlab, Aha/Productboard, Confluence, Pendo
• End-to-end product launch coordination experience
• Excellent communication for senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, thrives in ambiguity

• Experience with Atlassian and Google product suites
