What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate advertising terms and conditions, including insertion orders, sponsorships, and custom content agreements.
• Negotiate channel distribution agreements for CNBC Europe and UK feeds with MVPDs across broadcast, cable, and IP delivery.
• Advise on broadcast regulations in the UK and EMEA and counsel on risks related to digital marketing and data collection.
• Prepare agreements with vendors and production companies for commercial content, VOD, and events.
• Draft third-party representative agreements for sales and channel work in the EMEA region.
• Optimize contracting efficiency by suggesting and implementing automated contract processes.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of legal experience in media distribution and advertising regulation.
• Qualified lawyer in good standing with a strong academic record from a top-tier law school.
• Experience within private practice TMT groups or a strong in-house TMT legal team.
• Specialization in UK and/or EU sales and commercial law.
• Experience with data privacy, media regulation, and ad tech.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
