What you will do

• Develop Group Leads into high-judgment managers, coach on leadership effectiveness, and build organizational capacity with succession planning.
• Drive alignment of team strategies, staffing, and execution with company OKRs through quarterly planning, performance monitoring, and financial oversight.
• Ensure consistent application of standards, documentation, and workflows across groups to improve scalability and reduce risks.
• Strengthen client relationships via business reviews, account growth strategies, and direct engagement.
• Lead weekly meetings, 1:1s, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain visibility into project health, risks, and team well-being.
• Oversee pursuits, proposals, recruiting, and organizational transitions in partnership with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
• 12+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services
• 3+ years as Group Lead or managing multiple project leads preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, drive systems-level alignment, and scale performance
• Strong understanding of project delivery, financials, workload planning, client strategy, and cross-functional coordination
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
