What you will do
- Manage and execute sales plans using established methodologies to meet targets and prioritize based on customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with executives through consultative engagement to establish trust and drive deal closure.
- Orchestrate virtual teams and stakeholders to engage decision-makers and leverage sales strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve experience and drive business transformation.
- Collaborate on prospecting, pipeline management, and presenting value propositions aligned with customer objectives.
- Analyze SMB market landscape to inform strategies and identify new opportunities, implementing scalable sales processes.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and Conversational English speaking abilities
- 2+ years' experience in technology-related sales or related field (or equivalent with degree).
- Experience managing sales plans, building relationships, and pipeline hygiene.
- Ability to develop value-proposition presentations and business plans.
Nice to have
- 5+ years' experience in technology-related sales.
- Deep understanding of software development platform industry.
- Proficiency in advanced sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Value Framework.
- Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management skills.
