Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts for Telecom, ICT, and Low Voltage projects.
• Act as Project Lead for selected engagements, ensuring profitability and scope alignment.
• Mentor and coach engineers and designers through design reviews and performance assessments.
• Improve firm-wide standards by contributing to documentation and tools via GitHub.
• Cultivate client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Conduct site visits and field verifications to ensure design accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam, and GitHub.
• Strong experience in Telecom/ICT and Structured Cabling.

Nice to have

• RCDD certification (highly preferred).
• PE, EIT, CCNA, CDT, or PMP certifications.
