What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain critical data systems for hirify.global service delivery
• Improve scalability, performance, and availability of production systems
• Collaborate with Operations and Application Engineers on new solutions and optimizations
• Enhance observability, operability, and reliability to reduce TCO
• Build highly scalable solutions to support company growth
• Set team goals and strategies for quantifiable results

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams in data infrastructure
• Expertise in large-scale data systems like Vitess, Cassandra, ValKey, NATS
• Strong skills in system scalability, performance tuning, and high availability
• Ability to work with Operations and Engineering teams
• Must be eligible to work in the US (Remote - US)
