TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end incident management lifecycle, including detection, triage, escalation, and resolution.
  • Drive major incident management (MIM) processes and optimize MTTR through automation and process optimization.
  • Manage intelligent heatmaps and trend analysis using AI/ML to prioritize long-term remediation.
  • Govern change management processes and lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure safe, low-risk deployments.
  • Implement AIOps solutions for anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and automated root cause analysis.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve system resilience and reduce alert fatigue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL or similar frameworks).
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms or building AI-driven operational solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, FireHydrant, or Moogsoft.
  • Experience working in high-availability, large-scale environments.
