Location: Remote - United States. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

What you will do

• Guide projects from programming through closeout, clarifying requirements, coordinating design, and ensuring deliverables meet standards.
• Apply engineering judgment to maintain scope, schedule, budget, and surface risks early.
• Mentor designers and engineers through guidance, reviews, and feedback to strengthen capabilities.
• Contribute to GitHub with documentation, standards improvements, and workflow enhancements.
• Build client relationships via clear communication, reliable delivery, and thought-leadership activities like blogs and presentations.
• Participate in pursuits, interviews, design reviews, and cross-discipline coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with demonstrated capability in ICT, Audiovisual, AV, or Acoustics.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate, coordinated designs and sound decisions in your discipline.
• Strong understanding of project workflows, client expectations, documentation, and coordination.
• Experience contributing to documentation, standards, or QA/QC via GitHub or similar.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
• Industry certifications: CTS-D (Audiovisual), CDT, EIT, PE, PMP.
