What you will do

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities via proactive client relationship development and strategic research.
  • Lead business development and targeted project pursuits across verticals such as Mission Critical, Healthcare, and Aviation.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations lacking technology services to become their preferred partner.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create annual sales strategies and align them with delivery capacity and recruiting.
  • Gather market intelligence and represent the firm at industry events to increase visibility and build long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to report on lead status, pipeline changes, and prospective projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Established network and experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Knowledge of professional services procurement processes (RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and bidding).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client relationship development.
