What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight to maintain alignment of project milestones with day-to-day activities.
• Manage project financials, including budget development, vendor invoice approval, and financial forecasting.
• Facilitate communication between internal/external stakeholders and cross-functional teams (CMC, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance).
• Proactively identify and mitigate strategic risks and issues.
• Lead product development meetings and ensure project leaders have necessary support.
• Ensure all client deliverables adhere to corporate quality standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in project management.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering).
• Experience working with CDMOs for outsourced development and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Planisware for tracking parallel projects in matrixed environments.
• Fluent and articulate communication in English (written and spoken).
• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Comprehensive understanding of CMC (small molecule, biologics, or vaccines).
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Strong understanding of cGXP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
