TL;DR

Federal Account Executive (Air Force/National Guard): Sell mobile forensics hardware, software, and training to Air Force, National Guard, and Army with an accent on strategic account planning, pipeline building, and federal sales cycles. Focus on navigating procurement processes, conducting competitive analysis, and driving revenue growth through key agency relationships.

Location: Remote position, candidates local to VA/MD/DC area preferred. Active Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance is required

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and lead sales growth and account penetration within military agencies while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, submit accurate sales forecasts, and meet booking objectives.
  • Provide quotes, present proposals, and engage in face-to-face meetings with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Drive sales with resellers and end users, nurture relationships with agencies and system integrators.
  • Represent products at tradeshows and events, recommend product improvements, and work with executives on sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience and key contacts within Department of Defense, including Army, National Guard, and Air Force
  • Minimum 10 years of on-quota outside sales experience in the defense market
  • BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Solid understanding of government procurement, FARS, DFARS, federal contracts, and regulations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce; travel required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and communicate effectively
