What you will do
- Be the primary point of contact for all users on assigned enterprise APAC accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support throughout the customer journey with the platform
- Identify and mitigate churn risks with proactive measures to retain and enhance customer experience
- Manage and expand long-term relationships to ensure account longevity, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Develop expertise across all products to help clients achieve business goals
Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Solid understanding of digital marketing space and trends
- 3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS
- Strong relationship building skills to establish trust internally and with clients
- Analytical mindset to digest problems and identify solutions
- Experience producing high-quality client-facing materials
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Team player able to collaborate effectively
