What you will do

• Execute end-to-end audience development strategies for a portfolio of premium events and invite-only experiences.
• Identify, engage, and secure C-suite executives and business decision-makers.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of high-value attendees by leveraging existing networks and building new relationships.
• Design and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize attendance and conversion.
• Partner with editorial, programming, sales, and marketing teams to align audience targets with business goals.
• Analyze acquisition performance and report on data to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, or delegate sales.
• Proven track record of securing high-level attendees (C-suite, thought leaders) for premium events.
• Strong existing network of senior-level contacts.
• Proficiency with digital tools, event management platforms, and CMS.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and audience tracking.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
