What you will do

• Collect and analyze data on SBU market size, customer behavior, competitive advantages, and business performance.
• Execute regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for SBU leaders using Power BI.
• Build detailed presentations, data charts, graphs, and evaluations of industry segments and SBU performance.
• Conduct research and data mining to identify new market segments and industry opportunities.
• Identify KPIs, track methodologies, analyze trends, and measure goal achievement.
• Provide executive updates on key initiatives and promote process improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• 3+ years creating executive-level reports, establishing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and change management.
• 3+ years experience in a large complex company with multiple ERPs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access); intermediate Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Advanced skills in executive dashboards, reports, graphs, and charts; ability to analyze complex data.
• Strong detail orientation, multitasking in fast-paced environment; US applicants only.

Nice to have

• Strong process and data mapping skills.
• Experience with data validation on large datasets.
• Experience in supply chain, distribution, and/or logistics functions.
