Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

What you will do

• Provide dedicated, high-touch technology support to senior leaders and their assistants.
• Own the end-to-end technology experience, proactively resolving issues before they cause disruptions.
• Support executives during critical meetings, travel, and high-visibility events.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints, mobile devices, and MDM environments.
• Manage A/V and conferencing technologies for executive collaboration spaces.
• Maintain accurate documentation and lifecycle management for all executive devices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience, specifically supporting senior leadership in mission-critical environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting networking fundamentals, MDM, and A/V technologies.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
• Exceptional discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

• Experience in specialized white-glove support roles rather than general IT.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with C-level executives.
• Ability to operate independently and coordinate with engineering and vendor teams.
