What you will do

• Develop interactive questionnaires for customized legal document creation.
• Write and edit content to simplify the user experience for legal processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Design, Dev, and QA teams to optimize web products for conversion.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify and resolve usability issues.
• Conduct product research and user testing to inform questionnaire enhancements.
• Implement UX best practices to increase user engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business, or Library Science.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Ability to communicate complex information succinctly for end-users.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and online marketing.
• Must be based in or able to work in Edmonton, Alberta for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Technical writing experience.
• Knowledge of law and legal matters.
• Working knowledge of UX best practices.
• Software development knowledge.
• Bilingual proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
