What you will do

• Own client deployments from post-sale design through go-live and stabilization as single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders.
• Work with clients on architecture, data models, workflow design, and source-of-record decisions.
• Turn client realities into clear plans with milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and cadence; communicate to executives and engineering.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and technical teams; coordinate with hirify.global engineering and sales.
• Partner with Sales on late-stage deals to shape scope and expansion paths.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years in roles combining technical depth, structured problem-solving, and client ownership.
• Exceptional communication and client presence.
• Strong structured thinking to break complex implementations into execution plans.
• High agency, high standards, real ownership.
• CS or technical degree, software engineering experience; backgrounds in consulting, deployment, solutions engineering.
• Genuinely technical; claims experience irrelevant.
