What you will do
- Drive pipeline for AI-enabled enterprise service contracts with an ACV of $500k+.
- Own outbound operations across cold calls, email automation, LinkedIn, and conferences.
- Build and aggressively expand target account lists aligned with the company's ICP.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and qualify high-value revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior sellers to convert conversations into real ARR.
- Develop and scale new outbound playbooks and testing channels as one of the first SDR hires.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in SDR, business development, or GTM performance-driven roles.
- Proven ability to generate a consistent outbound pipeline.
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and live conversations.
- High agency, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel for events.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco for on-site work.
