Marketing & Events Lead (AI): Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy and storytelling for a platform creating RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents with an accent on technical narratives and community growth. Focus on scaling the company's presence on X/LinkedIn, ghostwriting for founders, and organizing high-impact events for the RL and AI research community.

Location: On-site in the San Francisco Bay Area. Relocation and visa support provided for the US.

hirify.global is building infrastructure for RL training data and a marketplace to sell these to frontier labs.

What you will do

• Execute the overall marketing strategy and maintain the content calendar.
• Lead social media presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn to grow audience and inbound interest.
• Ghostwrite high-quality content for founders to communicate product vision and showcase platform wins.
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into compelling narratives for a technical audience.
• Identify and manage company presence at conferences, hackathons, and technical communities.
• Plan and execute high-quality events that reinforce the brand and generate pipeline.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, content, or community roles within early-stage startups.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts or company branding.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products simply and accurately.
• Experience planning and running events.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to own multiple workstreams independently.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or technical platforms.
• Strong network within the RL researcher and RL engineer communities.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social growth strategies.
