• Investigate auto property damage losses for both first-party and third-party claims.
• Determine liability and evaluate vehicle damages to drive fair resolutions.
• Review estimates and perform total loss evaluations and repair management.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Claims to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Utilize AI-powered automation to optimize workflows and reduce manual friction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience handling auto PD claims.
• Active Adjuster License is required.
• Experience with estimate review, total loss evaluation, and repair management.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
