Salary: $5,791.00 - $8,323.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do

  • Analyze current-state clinical and administrative workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for EHR optimization.
  • Perform manual configuration and migration of health provider schedules for a transition to a new app-based platform.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain system templates, forms, and documentation tools foundational to the EHR environment.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and provide direct end-user support to clinical and administrative staff.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct functional and user testing to verify that configuration changes support safe and effective workflows.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) systems in a clinical environment.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate user requirements into functional system changes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) or similar ambulatory platforms.
  • Knowledge of privacy, security, and information handling practices specific to healthcare.
  • Experience supporting system transitions, upgrades, and end-user adoption activities.
  • Background in Health Informatics, Health Administration, or Information Technology.
